Today's tool is exploring the power of essential oils in a protocol called Symphony of the Cells. My husband was really sick and I decided to share how I used these essential oil protocols on his spinal column to support his body's immune system.
I'm happy to report after this protocol, he was 75% better the next day.
Step 1. Frankincense oil - Renowned as the King of oils, Frankincense was used in ancient times for its healing properties. There were even bottles of it found in King Tuts' tomb. Frankincense helps to promote cellular function and overall relaxation. The symphony of the cells protocol begins by applying a few drops of this oil to the shoulders and the bottom of the feet.
Step 2. Apply a carrier oil. I am using coconut oil. Other great carrier oil options include avocado oil, almond oil, and grapeseed oil. The carrier oil helps to dilute and spread the oils that will follow the protocol.
Step 3. Oregano oil - Oregano oil supports your respiratory and digestive systems. Apply 2-3 drops to the base of the spine and rub it up along the spinal column in clockwise circles. Also apply 2-3 drops to the bottom of the feet.
Did you know that the bottom of the feet have 7000 nerve endings in them? Applying oils to the feet and spinal column help to target the central nervous system and work in the membrane of the cells to aid in your overall health and immunity. Each oil in the following steps will be applied to the spine in circular motions and the bottoms of the feet.
Be mindful of your energy and touch when applying essential oils to someone else. Be intentional about sending them positive and loving thoughts during the symphony of the cells protocol. An additional bonus of this regiment is that you too receive the benefits of the oils by absorbing them through your hands when applying.
Step 4. Thyme oil - Thyme was used by knights in the middle ages for its purifying and immune-boosting properties.
Step 5. On Gaurd oil - If I could only have one oil (instead of the fifty I actually have) it would be On guard or Thieves oil. This oil is a mixture of wild orange, clove cinnamon, eucalyptus, and rosemary oils. Legend says that Thieves got its name from grave robbers during the plague. It is believed that the grave robbers would apply thieves' oil inside of their face coverings to prevent them from contracting the plague while robbing graves of the infected. Theives oil supports the immune system, promotes the respiratory system, and fights microbes.
Step 6. Aroma Touch - Aroma Touch is a DoTERRA massage blend that supports relaxation and releases tension.
Step 7. Lemon Grass - Lemon Grass oil promotes relaxation and can calm stomach acidity.
Step 8. Tea Tree or melaleuca oil is an antifungal oil that can reduce itchiness and is great for things like athletes' foot.
Step 9. Arborvitae oil - Acts as a cleansing agent and promotes feelings of peace and calm.
Step 10. Peppermint oil - The last oil in the protocol is peppermint a multiuse oil that aids in digestion and can help with headaches.
